Grilled Mexican Street Corn
Also known as Elotes, this classic street dish is an amazing addition to an outdoor bbq. Brushing the mayonnaise on at the end adds a fantastic flavor and allows the seasoning to stick to the corn.

TO PREPARE THE CORN
- Combine the milk, water and salt in a pot and bring to a boil
- Add the corn and boil for 10 minutes, then remove and set aside to cool
TO PREPARE THE SEASONING
- Combine all ingredients and set aside
TO SERVE
- Lightly oil the corn and grill until golden brown and warm
- Remove the corn from the grill, brush it with mayonnaise and sprinkle with the seasoning mix
