Rapini and Onions
Difficulty: Easy
- In a large saucepan, boil water seasoned with salt
- Clean the rapini by cutting the root ends off
- Boil the rapini and sliced onion in the water for 3 minutes and then remove them from the water
- In a medium saucepan, sauté the garlic in the olive oil with the crushed red pepper
- Add the rapini and onion and season to taste
