Also known as Elotes, this classic street dish is an amazing addition to an outdoor bbq.  Brushing the mayonnaise on at the end adds a fantastic flavor and allows the seasoning to stick to the corn.

TO PREPARE THE CORN

  1. Combine the milk, water and salt in a pot and bring to a boil
  2. Add the corn and boil for 10 minutes, then remove and set aside to cool

TO PREPARE THE SEASONING

  1. Combine all ingredients and set aside

TO SERVE

  1. Lightly oil the corn and grill until golden brown and warm
  2. Remove the corn from the grill, brush it with mayonnaise and sprinkle with the seasoning mix
